The First Phase - Consultation
Our process always begins with Consultation. During this interview, our Senior Consultants sit down with you to evaluate how we can collaborate to determine priority focus areas and our ability to help. This phase is important because through it, we are able to establish a level of transparency for you and The Vault Group to determine the specific level of service required and whether or not our resources allow for appropriate performance improvement measures.
Phase II - Restoration
During the Restoration phase, we partner closely to support you in working the steps of the action plan to facilitate your desired outcome.
Phase III -Maintenance/Monitoring
Phase III -Maintenance/Monitoring Phase III is Maintenance/Monitoring where we monitor for ongoing compliance and remain available to consult on issues and concerns as they present.
